“Yes We Kanban: A Lean Approach To Workflow” Joshua Kerievsky

23 January 2012

17:30 – 18:45 hour    Reception & Buffet, Evoluon, Eindhoven

19:00 – 20:30 hour    Lecture: “Yes We Kanban: A Lean Approach To Workflow”

Kanban is a simple, evolutionary method for visualizing workflow, limiting work-in-process and optimizing flow.  It has been steadily growing in popularity because it is simple to implement and yields valuable insights and improvements.

In this talk, Joshua Kerievsky will explain why his team adopted Kanban in 2008, the evolution of their Kanban implementation, details of the Kanban process (included Cumulative Flow Diagrams and Classes of Service) and how Kanban promotes lean management and effective collaboration.

People who work on or are interested in Agile/Lean projects will benefit from hearing Joshua’s real-world stories and learning how to successfully transition to Kanban.
