This is why TOPIC’s management has some ambitious goals for the near future

Added value

First and foremost, TOPIC aims to be a company that provides added value to its clients’ products and systems. We feel a financially solid operational management is paramount in achieving this. TOPIC is good to its employees and provides them with challenging projects that allow the TOPICers to develop themselves further, both personally and professionally.


We use this as the basis of TOPIC’s further growth, both in our employee numbers as well as geographically. Our goals is to have 250 highly qualified staff by 2018. Besides our Dutch headquarters in Best, we have opened an office in Delft in May 2014.

Products & Projects

2014 saw the introductions of TOPIC’s own products Dyplo®, Miami, Florida and the Development Kit and we expect to continue further development and market a range of our own products.

One of our other goals is to carry out even more projects at our own offices. To this end we have developed our own project approach based on Scrum/Agile and ISO138485.

In due course TOPIC hopes to establish a broad client base both in the Benelux and Germany.
