This year, TOPIC celebrates 30 years of solving complex challenges. What started around a kitchen table has grown into an international team of 160 colleagues, working on embedded systems that matter.

- It’s the people who define TOPIC: a mix of backgrounds, cultures, and expertise, with a shared mindset.
- Our team brings together more than 27 nationalities, reflecting the international character of TOPIC today.
- Some colleagues have been part of TOPIC for decades: the longest-serving TOPIC’er for 26 years, with many others reaching 10+, 15+, and even 20+ years.
Behind every complex system is a team that genuinely enjoys figuring things out together. - Many TOPIC’ers work closely onsite with customers, making collaboration part of our daily way of working, and often extending beyond projects into long-term partnerships.
- The technology we build often operates behind the scenes, yet plays a critical role in industries ranging from healthcare, semicon, industry to (aero)space.
As systems have become more complex and connected, our approach has remained the same: understanding what’s needed and building solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. - Since becoming part of T&S in 2023, we’ve expanded our reach and opportunities while staying true to our foundation.
- Thirty years in, our size, reach, and the complexity of our work have grown. What hasn’t changed is how we approach it: together, with a strong focus on people, collaboration, and meaningful technology.
- We still like a good celebration at TOPIC. So naturally, 30 years of TOPIC means celebrating with all who have been there for the journey: With cake day (37 cakes for 1000 people), a TOPIC getaway for our colleagues, and our customer event in September.
