We’ve got mail!
The moment your resume arrives, we read it. We look at your experience, your projects and the bigger picture: could this be a great fit? If it’s not a match, it’s never an automated decision. There’s always a human review behind it. And if we invite you, that’s when the real process begins.
The first conversation
If your resume looks like a good fit, we’ll invite you for a first conversation. It’s about who you are, what you’re looking for and whether the role and TOPIC match your ambitions. We’ll meet by phone, online or at our office. If it feels right on both sides, we move forward.
The technical assessment
After a good first interview, we’ll send you a Codility test. It’s not about getting everything right, but about understanding how you think, solve problems and approach technical challenges. The results don’t decide everything. They help us ask the right questions in the next step.
The second interview
This is where we go deeper. You’ll meet the Hiring Manager and a technical colleague to discuss your test results and technical approach. There’s also plenty of room to talk about your goals and future ambitions. It’s about finding the right match, both technically and personally.
The offer
If we’re both excited to move forward, it’s time to discuss the offer. We’ll talk about salary, start date, contract details and growth opportunities, with plenty of room for your questions and what matters most to you. Then it’s your call. If everything feels right, we’re hoping for a confident ‘yes.’
